Cows are important in India for milk and are considered sacred, but some are not treated well. To save cows in India, we should give them enough food and water, provide proper shelter, take them to the medical care when needed, treat them with kindness, and support cows in need.
Founded with a passionate commitment to animal welfare, Doon Animal Welfare emerged from a heartfelt concern for the plight of cows in distress.
Spearheaded by the dedicated efforts of Mrs. Milli Kaur ji, our organization embarked on its mission to alleviate the suffering of these noble creatures.
Since our humble beginnings in 2016, with just nine ailing cows under our care, our Gaushala has evolved into a beacon of hope for thousands of cows in need. Through Mrs. Kaur's tireless devotion and the collective compassion of our team, we have transformed the lives of over 2000+ cows, providing them with sanctuary, sustenance, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.
Save Cows in India - Our mission is clear: to provide medical assistance and care to un-owned street Cows and Dogs in India, who have been affected by illness or injury. We aim to inspire the community to safeguard and advocate for the well-being of all animals through rescue and recovery efforts. With a steadfast commitment to protecting, preserving, and improving animal lives, we are dedicated to creating a safer, healthier environment for animals to thrive.
