Long before our formal establishment in 2016, Doon Animal Welfare was actively engaged in the compassionate care of cows, albeit on a smaller scale. Today, at our Gaushala, every cow is regarded as a sacred being deserving of the utmost reverence and care.
Our overarching goal is to ensure the holistic well-being of each cow entrusted to our care, while also extending vital medical assistance and support to unowned street animals in Dehradun afflicted by illness or injury.
At Doon Animal Welfare, our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to addressing the pressing issues faced by cows in our society. We strive to lead a widespread movement aimed at providing holistic care and support to these revered animals, who often suffer from neglect, injury, and abandonment.
