Mahashivratri Gau Seva — Fodder & Treatment Support for Gaumata

Mahashivratri Gau Seva Campaign — Fodder & Treatment Support for Gaumata Campaign by Doon Animal Welfare Foundation

Mahashivratri is a night of devotion, discipline, and compassion. On this sacred occasion, Doon Animal Welfare Foundation invites you to take a meaningful step beyond rituals—by supporting Gaumata who silently endure hunger, weakness, and untreated injuries. Across streets, shelters, and temporary holding spaces, many cows are struggling due to lack of adequate nourishment and timely medical care. Your contribution can help us provide essential fodder support and ensure treatment reaches those who need it most.

Why Mahashivratri Gau Seva Matters

Mahashivratri inspires inner awakening and selfless service. Caring for animals is one of the purest forms of compassion—especially for cows who often suffer quietly from malnutrition, dehydration, injuries, infections, and neglect. When a cow is weak, it becomes vulnerable to accidents, extreme weather, and disease. By supporting fodder and medical treatment, you help restore strength, dignity, and safety to a life that cannot ask for help, but deeply needs it.

What Your Support Helps Us Do

Our Promise: Compassion With Responsibility

Doon Animal Welfare Foundation is committed to humane, respectful care for animals in need. We work to ensure support is used for real impact—helping cows regain health, comfort, and stability. This Mahashivratri, let your devotion become protection for those who depend on our kindness. Even a small contribution can become a lifeline for a cow battling hunger or pain.
