For the past 7 years, Doon Animal Welfare has been conducting daily feeding drives for stray dogs across Dehradun, ensuring that hundreds of hungry dogs receive nutritious meals every day. Along with these feeding drives, our rescue helpline receives 10–15 emergency calls daily for injured, abandoned, and critically ill dogs.

A large part of our resources is dedicated to food, rescue operations, medicines, and veterinary treatment, which is why we have not yet been able to build a dedicated dog shelter. Our dream is to establish a safe shelter where every rescued dog will receive nutritious food, medical care, love, and a permanent home.
