Save Punjab’s Flood-Stranded Cows

Save Punjab’s Flood-Stranded Cows — Feed Them Hope and Fodder Today

When August’s torrential fl oods swept across Punjab, they didn’t spare its gentle cows. Grazing lands vanished underwater, families lost livelihoods, and hundreds of cows found themselves hungry, weak, and abandoned. Now, as fl oodwaters recede, these sacred animals face another threat—starvation.

At Doon Animal Welfare, we have partnered with local gaushalas to deliver emergency fodder to fl ood-stranded cows. But we cannot do it alone. We need your compassion to fuel this lifesaving mission.

Why Your Support Is Urgent

• Floodwaters destroyed pasture and fodder reserves.
• Farmers cannot access feed—roads remain blocked and supply chains are disrupted.
• Starving cows fall ill, endangering their lives and the survival of farming families.

By providing fodder, you help preserve milk supplies, protect livelihoods, and honor the cow’s role in our culture.

Our Commitment to Transparency

• Real-time updates: photos and location reports from Punjab gaushalas
• Verified local partners ensuring rapid distribution
• 100% of your donation funds cow fodder, not administration

Be the Lifeline These Cows Deserve

Act now—monsoon aftershocks and hunger don’t wait. Your kindness today fi lls a cow’s belly, sustains a farmer’s hope, and upholds our sacred duty to protect Gau Mata.

Together, we turn Punjab’s fl ood disaster into a story of compassion and recovery.
