This Guru Purnima, thank those who showed us the way to God

Honoring the Guru through Seva This Guru Purnima, let’s express our gratitude not just in words — but in action. Join us in three sacred acts of service: Sadhu Seva|Gau Seva|Langar Seva

Guru PurnimaGuru Purnima is a sacred occasion dedicated to honoring the Guru — the one who dispels darkness and leads us toward light, truth, and liberation. According to the scriptures, the Guru is as revered as Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh, for it is through the Guru that we understand the path to God. On this divine day, engaging in seva (selfless service) is not only an expression of gratitude but also a powerful spiritual practice. True seva dissolves ego, purifies the heart, and opens the door to divine grace. As per Dharma, three forms of seva hold immense merit on Guru Purnima: Gau Seva, Sadhu Seva, and Langar Seva.

This Guru Purnima, don’t just perform a ritual — take action. Make it count. Honor your Guru by serving those who serve the Divine every day. Join Doon Animal Welfare in a sacred mission of Gau Seva, supporting cows who are voiceless, vulnerable, and often forgotten.

Join us in this seva. Let your offering reach those who’ve given everything for the spiritual well-being of the world.

Serving cows (Gau Seva) is considered one of the highest forms of worship in Sanatan Dharma — it brings peace, prosperity, and protection from negative karmas. Sadhu Seva, or serving saints and sages, connects us to the lineage of wisdom and preserves spiritual knowledge in the world. Through Langar Seva, feeding the hungry and sharing food, we help remove the sorrows of poverty, hunger, and loneliness from society. Each act of seva performed with devotion becomes an offering at the feet of the Guru.
On this Guru Purnima, let us go beyond rituals and express our devotion through action. By serving cows, saints, and the needy, we walk the path our Gurus have shown — a path of compassion, dharma, and divine realization. In serving others, we serve God, and in true service, even deep-rooted suffering begins to dissolve.

Your donation helps provide food, shelter, and medical care to Gaumata — because no soul so sacred should suffer in silence.
