1. Who We Are?

Presently, we are serving more than 2000 cows in our shelter. These include:

• Injured cows
• Accident-hit cows
• Rescued abandoned cows
• Blind cows
• Cows that cannot walk

Along with cows, we also care for other animals in need. Recently, we rescued one blind horse from the floods in Himachal Pradesh. We also have one injured camel who is under treatment.

Our shelter is becoming a home for animals that have no other place to go.

2. The Daily Rescue Work

Every single day, we receive 3 to 4 injured animals. Some have broken legs. Some are badly hurt by vehicles. Some are weak due to hunger and age. Some are left to die.

Our rescue team goes out day and night to save these animals. Once rescued, the animals are brought to our shelter for medical care and rest. This work never stops because the need never ends.

3. Medical Care and Healing

After rescue, animals are treated by trained doctors. They are given:

• First aid
• Medicines
• Injections
• Bandages
• X-rays and tests if needed

Many cows come with deep wounds and infections. Some are unable to walk. Some are fully blind. Healing takes time, patience, and money. Because of donations, we are able to give them proper care.

Food is one of the biggest needs of our shelter. Feeding 2000+ cows every day is not easy. Each animal needs clean water and healthy food to survive and recover.

6. The Blind Horse and Injured Camel

During the recent floods in Himachal Pradesh, we rescued a blind horse who was left in dangerous conditions. This horse would not have survived without timely rescue. Today, the horse is safe at our shelter and getting full care.

We also rescued an injured camel who was in pain and unable to stand properly. With treatment and care, the camel is slowly recovering. These special rescues are only possible because people like you support us.
