With over 2000 animals in their care, including many critically injured cows, the trust works tirelessly to provide life-saving treatments
Most of the animals that Doon Animal Welfare Trust (DAW) rescues suffer from severe injuries, trauma, and illnesses that require urgent X-rays. Unfortunately, we currently do not have an on-site X-Ray machine and must travel over an hour to the nearest facility to get these critical diagnostics done.
At DAW, we care for a wide range of animals, including cows, dogs, cats, monkeys, birds, and more. Each one of them deserves the best chance at recovery, but the lack of an X-Ray machine limits our ability to provide immediate and life-saving treatment. Right now, we are raising funds to purchase a Digital X-Ray Machine for our rescue center. Having this essential equipment on-site is crucial for saving countless lives. Currently, we are only able to perform X-rays on animals whose lives are in critical danger because the process of transporting them over 60 kilometers is both stressful and time-consuming.
Every time an injured animal requires an X-ray, we face the challenge of finding transportation, enduring the long journey to the facility, and then making the exhausting return trip. This delay often results in prolonged pain and, in some cases, the loss of precious lives. However, without an on-site X-Ray machine, diagnosing and treating severe internal injuries remains a daunting challenge. Animals in critical conditions, such as those with broken bones or internal trauma, require urgent care that often gets delayed due to the lack of nearby facilities.
By donating to this cause, you will empower Milli Kaur and her dedicated team to save more lives, ensure quicker diagnoses, and provide timely treatment to these voiceless beings. Together, let’s make a difference and be the reason for their survival.
With your help, we can bring this vital diagnostic tool to our center and ensure that every injured and ailing animal receives the timely care they deserve. Together, we can save lives and bring relief to those who cannot speak for themselves.
Your contribution will directly help us create this life-saving facility at Doon Animal Welfare Trust, making timely and effective treatment possible for countless injured animals. Thank you for your support!
Join hands with Doon Animal Welfare Trust and light up the path to recovery for these injured souls.
